Production Process Engineer (PE)

1. Plan and create production procedures to ensure production process efficiency
2. Analyze causes of material problems affecting the production process in terms of development, prevention, and correction
3. Define corrective measures and monitor operational results
4. Prepare and maintain production process and technical documentation
5. Provide theoretical and practical training for new employees regarding products, including conducting tests and evaluations
6. Identify problems or risks related to the production process, production aids, tools, and operations, and implement improvements
7. Evaluate, analyze, and plan production factors to be ready for the production process, such as budget costs and timeframes
8. Draft and design equipment, materials, and workspaces to achieve maximum work efficiency
9. Coordinate and control production quality for production problem-solving, cost reduction, and quality inspection
10. Others as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Male, age 23-35 years, completed military service or exempted Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or other related fields Knowledge of production processes and electronic product manufacturing technology, including electrical system design principles Experience in a PE (Process Engineer) position of no less than 1 year Leadership skills, high responsibility, and ability to work well under pressure Analytical thinking, wit, and ability to solve immediate problems effectively; able to plan daily work follow-ups according to set goals Able to use basic tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, multimeters, etc. Proficient in using computer programs Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point Good command of English or Chinese Able to commute to work independently; the company does not provide a shuttle service Immediate availability will be given special consideration Work days: Monday to Saturday, 08:00-17:00 Work at ALPHA Phanthong warehouse building, near Phanthong Saphanupatham School and Phanthong traffic intersection
