Maintenance Technician (Nong Khae Factory)

• Perform repairs/troubleshoot machine problems according to Work Requests / Work Orders received from the production department, other related departments, or from supervisors to achieve the objectives required by customers
• Perform repairs/troubleshoot machine breakdowns (Breakdown Maintenance) in both mechanical and electrical aspects when malfunctions occur to return them to normal operation as quickly as possible
• Record repair details and summarize the results of the repair work in the Work Request / Work Order or related documents, then forward them to the next level of supervisor for inspection
• Inspect machine readiness before starting daily production to ensure that machines can operate continuously and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to analyze occurring machine problems by providing information
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Male, age not exceeding 35 years old Diploma (Vocational Certificate) in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical field At least 2–3 years of experience in machine maintenance in the food/beverage production line Able to read machine drawings (Mechanical/Electrical Drawing) and English machine manuals Able to use mechanical/electrical measuring tools (Vernier, Multimeter, basic Vibration meter) and have knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems Able to use basic computers (MS Excel/Word) and can summarize PM work results through a computer system Able to work in shifts (08.00-20.00 / 20.00-08.00, weekends off) Direct experience with Alfa Laval/Tetra Pak and/or Krones machines will be given special consideration Experience working in a Planned Maintenance System (PM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)
