Chief Design Engineer (Technical Customer Service)

Your future functions:

• Analyze input data, survey results, and constraints of existing buildings and structures
• Develop and verify technical assignments for surveys and the design of structural solutions
• Verify conceptual solutions, design and working documentation, calculations, and nodes for reinforced concrete, metal, stone, and wooden structures
• Ensure the coordination of structures with architecture, interiors, facades, engineering systems, pools, SPA zones, and technological equipment
• Coordinate the work of designers from contractor organizations, issue comments, and monitor their elimination
• Promptly resolve technical issues at the construction site, verify proposed replacements and deviations from documentation
• Maintain a register of key decisions and timely inform the project manager about technical risks

Our expectations:

• At least 5 years in the position of Lead or Chief Structural Engineer in a Technical Customer service
• Experience working with the entire project life cycle
• Higher civil engineering education
• Fluent in AutoCAD, LIRA, SCAD
• Technical English (B2+ level)
• It is important to have implemented projects in the premium segment and individual housing construction
• Experience with calculations for construction projects and KR - will be an advantage
