Harel is recruiting a Technical Project Manager!

An opportunity to lead the AI revolution in one of Israel's largest organizations, within a newly established and developing division, and to be a significant part of the heart of the organization's activities.

What are we looking for? A Technical Project Manager with an affinity for the Product worlds - the role operates within Harel's AI unit, and its goal is to lead AI and automation initiatives from end-to-end, starting from discovery, prioritization, and identification of business needs, through to implementation and ongoing monitoring. The role serves as a connecting axis between business units, Data, Information Systems, and Operations – while providing matrix leadership to a dedicated Squad for work processes that prioritize the organization's AI initiatives.

What will your daily life look like? Leading technological projects end-to-end (E2E): planning, managing, and executing in-depth technological projects both in the AI worlds, building a Roadmap, and defining milestones according to the goals of the business units. Leading based on Agile work methodology, ongoing management of progress, budgets, risks, and outputs. Leading matrixed squads: managing squads including: Data Science professionals, architects, developers, designers, QA, creating coordination between business units with different content worlds within the organization. Driving both technological and human processes in a multi-stakeholder environment with potential conflicts. Ongoing monitoring, analysis of project processes at different stages (Proof of Concept, pilots, production implementation, optimization, etc.). Ongoing planning, a roadmap work plan, and milestones. Implementing AI products and processes among internal users, business units, and end customers.

• 3-5 years of experience at least in managing technological projects.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and Product Ownership.
• Proven experience working closely with senior business stakeholders in a complex environment with multiple interfaces and integrations to core systems.
• Proven experience in building work processes, roadmaps, prioritizing milestones, and writing Product management requirements (characterization, writing requirements).
• Ability to lead and take initiatives from the idea stage to Delivery.
• Ability to think outside the box to identify creative technological solutions alongside innovative AI solutions.
• Knowledge in the AI/ML/LLM worlds - a significant advantage.
• Experience in leading DATA/AI initiatives – an advantage.
• Experience in Insurance/Finance/Healthcare – an advantage.
• High level of English.
