What will your daily life look like?

• Professional leadership of the commercial underwriting field and providing responses to complex underwriting issues across all lines of business
• Management and leadership of the main underwriting team, professional development, and guidance of underwriters
• Professional support in tenders and complex senior consultants' specifications
• Responsibility for the development, maintenance, and improvement of commercial insurance products
• Managing the professional relationship with reinsurers, including preparing professional materials and participating in contract renewals
• Responsibility for controls, internal audits, SOX, and risk surveys in the underwriting field
• Leading processes and projects to improve underwriting processes and user experience
• Routine work with internal and external organizational entities, including claims, legal, regulation, digital, insurance consultants, and reinsurers

Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial underwriting – Mandatory
• Previous managerial experience (even as a team leader) - Mandatory
• High level of English – Mandatory
• Experience working with reinsurers - Significant advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Law – Significant advantage

Additional details

Full-time position, Sun-Wed, 8.5 hours per day, Thu 6 hours, overtime as required.
