Accounting and Finance Manager - Alternative Funds

Overall responsibility for all accounting and finance aspects of the alternative funds within the Harel Finance group. The role includes ongoing work with the Group CFO, leading financial and accounting processes, and managing several employees.

The Manager will be responsible for:

• Financial statements and tax reports in Israel and abroad
• NAV calculations and returns for funds and various investor types
• All tax aspects (including corporate tax, individual tax, and international taxation)
• Setting up new funds and optimizing the tax structure
• Preparing feasibility calculations and managing cash flow

The work includes working with internal and external interfaces and streamlining reporting processes.

• CPA from a BIG 4 firm
• Familiarity and experience with the alternative funds world
• Familiarity with corporate and individual taxation in Israel and international taxation
• High level of English
• High ability in interface management
• Thoroughness, precision, and high-quality deliverables
• Orientation towards process improvement
• Ability to work at a high pace under conditions of multitasking
• High business and financial understanding

Preference will be given to:

• Significant experience in finance/accounting management of alternative funds

Full-time position, Sun-Thu, 8.5 hours per day Our location is in Ramat Gan, Bourse complex, adjacent to Savidor Center train station
