Flight Coordinator at Ben Gurion Airport

For Swissport, a leading international company located at Ben Gurion Airport, for an interesting and challenging role that combines office and field work, an airline operations representative is required.

The essence of the role:

• Handling import and export flights of commercial cargo: planning export flights, receiving import flights
• Responsibility for handling cargo on the apron
• Handling paperwork accompanying the export and import processes
• Providing telephone/email service responses
• Going out to the aircraft field to supervise processes

As a company providing 24/7 service, the work requires availability for various shifts (including nights and weekends). Suitable also for students (3-4 shifts)

• 4/3/25 - Special grant for the first 5 candidates recruited, subject to company policy.

• High level of English
• Working in a computerized environment
• High service consciousness
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Driver's license (over two years) and mobility - mandatory!
