Engineer under Production Planning Section / Production Control Department

Scope of Responsibilities Monitor, inspect operations, and coordinate regarding production, operation, and power plant maintenance tasks to ensure system readiness at all times, in accordance with the established plans and budgets. This includes controlling and monitoring the maintenance of machinery and equipment according to the work plans of O&M contractors and CSA contracts, as well as resolving various problems promptly to ensure that power plant operation and maintenance are efficient and comply with the specified contractual requirements to protect the company's interests. Study ways to develop work systems, tools, equipment, and new technologies in operation, production, and maintenance to achieve efficiency and minimize production process losses according to engineering criteria and standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor operations and coordinate the annual production planning, operation, and power plant maintenance with O&M and CSA contractors to ensure they are carried out efficiently in accordance with the established plans, contracts, and budgets.
• Execute and monitor the improvement and repair of machinery and equipment to successful completion, reducing any potential impacts on the company.
• Analyze and monitor the performance improvement of machinery and equipment used in production to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Control the management of materials, spare parts inventory, and maintenance tools and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities for use within an appropriate and cost-effective budget.
• Monitor and provide machinery and production data to support the application or renewal of various licenses related to power plant production and maintenance.
• Continuously develop personal knowledge and abilities and apply the acquired knowledge for the benefit of the company.
• Perform duties under the company's safety regulations and other assigned duties.

Qualifications: Male or female, aged 25-30 years. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in Instrument or Mechanical. Not less than 2 years of experience in control systems and instrumentation, production, operation, or power plant maintenance (Mechanical). Knowledge and ability in Instrument, DCS, PLC, and maintenance engineering. Ability to control and monitor work, and understanding of work quality systems. Knowledge and expertise in various power plant machinery and equipment; ability to read Drawings and equipment operation Manuals very well. Knowledge, understanding, and skills for application in power production planning and management. Good English communication skills in Speaking, Reading, and Writing. Proficiency in office computer programs to ensure efficient and fast work, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. Awareness and understanding of the importance of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment; basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and 145001 systems. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
