Lead Lawyer/Practice Head (International Projects)

What you will be doing: Provide corporate support for companies, including foreign ones; Participate in the registration and liquidation of companies, including foreign companies, and support new foreign projects; Support company sale and purchase transactions, including preparing transactional documentation and documents for transaction approval; Prepare CFC reporting, conduct analysis of foreign companies for compliance with CFC criteria established by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation; Develop corporate documentation; Provide legal support for opening accounts in foreign financial organizations. Our expectations: Higher legal education; At least 3 years of experience in corporate law, experience in corporate support for foreign legal entities; Experience in drafting corporate documentation, financial agreements, and documentation within M&A transactions in English; English at an Advanced level (drafting legal documentation, conducting negotiations with foreign partners and consultants).
