IT Project Manager

What you will be doing:

• Collect, analyze, and describe business needs by setting SMART goals;
• Prepare and coordinate project documentation, and defend it before collegiate bodies;
• Elaborate business requirements together with the customer, and formulate technical tasks for IT;
• Organize the development of the project's IT architecture;
• Initiate tenders and procurement procedures, and conclude contracts with contractors;
• Manage the task backlog within the project, as well as project timelines and quality;
• Control the execution of the project budget;
• Identify, analyze, and manage risks (working with a risk matrix);
• Organize regular status meetings with the team and the customer;
• Coordinate the work of the project team (internal resources, outsource, and outstaff);
• Control the quality and deadlines of task execution;
• Organize acceptance testing and the transfer of project results into operation;
• Ensure the achievement of planned business effects.

• Ability to apply AI at all stages of the project lifecycle;
• Experience in implementing development-related projects;
• Experience working in a Project Manager role with an IT component – a mandatory requirement – at least 3 years;
• Higher education in the field of economics, finance, or information technology;
• English language – level no lower than Intermediate;
• Good knowledge in the field of IT architecture and IT services;
• Experience working with a distributed project team (geographically, including in-house, outstaff, outsource, and contracting organizations);
• Understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Less, Safe (project planning, working with timelines, budget, and risks) – knowing in which conditions which methodology is appropriate to apply and why;
• Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and multitasking;
• Qualitative and quantitative argumentation for decisions made.

Will be an advantage:

• Possession of valid certificates (PMI, IPMA, etc.);
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations, as well as defending project materials and decisions before collegiate bodies;
• Working with the Atlassian Confluence and Jira stack;
• Experience in communicating and negotiating project parameters with customers and sponsors;
• Advanced communication and leadership qualities;
• Independence, ability to make quick decisions under multitasking conditions, stress resistance, and proactivity.
