Compliance Manager

What you will be doing: Conduct analysis of incidents, customer claims, requests, and orders from regulatory authorities to minimize regulatory risks; Participate in the preparation of FATCA / CRS reporting; Participate in the development and approval of corrective measures for problems involving regulatory risk; Perform accounting and assessment of events related to regulatory risk, including information on external regulatory risk events of the Company; Conduct data collection on regulatory risks broken down by the Company's business processes; Maintain the Regulatory Risk Register; Monitor changes in legislation regulating regulatory risk management; Assess the risks of the Company's new products, processes, and transactions. What we expect: Higher legal or economic education; At least 2 years of experience in compliance departments (including regulatory compliance); English level B1 or higher.
