Implementation Engineer for New Equipment and Technology

Commissioning of new heavy equipment and technologies, including adaptation to Russian conditions. Working with technical documentation from Chinese truck manufacturers in Chinese: translation, analysis, adaptation of maintenance and repair regulations. Interaction with Chinese manufacturing plants and component suppliers regarding technical specifications, warranty, and modernization. Conducting tests and diagnostics of new equipment, preparing reports on implementation results. Training technical personnel to work with new equipment and technologies. Preparing proposals for the implementation of new technical solutions. Conducting correspondence and negotiations with foreign partners in Chinese and English.

Requirements

Education: Higher technical education (Bachelor's or Specialist degree) in Automotive Engineering, Operation of Transport and Technological Machines, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Languages: Fluency in Chinese (level no lower than HSK 5 or proven by practice with technical documentation and negotiations with Chinese suppliers) and English (level no lower than Intermediate / B1 B2 for working with international technical documentation). Experience: from 3 years in the field of implementation, service support, or adaptation of heavy equipment.
