Financial Economist
Ensuring effective management of financial and economic activities in the Far East, Siberia (East and West), and Ural regions, including strategic planning and budgeting. Calculation and analysis of economic performance indicators of the organization's activities in the region, including the preparation of analytical materials for management. Conducting negotiations and supporting transactions with key partners from China in Chinese without an interpreter. Development of draft long-term and annual financial plans and forecasts. Interaction with Chinese partners: analysis of financial documentation, preparation and verification of contracts, conducting correspondence and negotiations in Chinese without an interpreter. Preparation of analytical materials and financial justifications for management in Russian, Chinese, and English. Participation in the development of accounting and analytical systems, implementation of progressive methods of economic work. Participation in the preparation of economic justifications for operational development plans of the organization in the region.
Requirements
Education: Higher professional (economic) education (Bachelor's or Specialist degree). Languages: Fluency in Chinese (level no lower than HSK 5 or confirmed by practice working with financial documentation and negotiations with Chinese partners) and English (level no lower than Intermediate / B1 B2). Experience: at least 4 years of experience with Asian markets in the field of financial planning, budgeting, or working with international counterparties.
