Sales Consultant (Bangna Branch)

Your tasks

• Provide advice and present products to customers regarding gold, jewelry, and gemstones within the store
• Take care of and provide professional customer service to create impressions and good shopping experiences
• Recommend promotions, new products, and assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs
• Manage product displays and maintain the orderliness of the sales area
• Manage product stock, inspect incoming–outgoing goods, and report sales figures as assigned
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers, including following up with customers to increase sales opportunities

Requirements

1. Female/Male, age 20-35 years old
2. High school diploma (M.6) or equivalent or higher
3. Good personality, good interpersonal skills, and a passion for service
4. Possess skills in sales, product presentation, and negotiation
5. Experience in sales of gold, jewelry, gemstones, or Luxury goods will be specially considered
6. Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented in work
7. Able to work in a team and enthusiastic about driving sales
8. Able to work according to department store hours or work in shifts
9. All branches must be able to communicate in English, except for the Central Rama 9 branch, which must be able to communicate in Chinese
