Quantity Surveyor

Your tasks

• Prepare cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and project budgets for Fit-out and MEP works.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work to accurately perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, actual costs, and project cost variances.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to support procurement processes.
• Evaluate prices and control variations, additional works, and change orders.
• Verify progress, work quantities, and billing documents from subcontractors.
• Analyze cost risks and propose cost-reduction measures.
• Prepare cost reports and financial summaries, while supporting contract administration and project documentation.
• Provide cost consultancy to the design team, sales team, and project managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Gender not specified, age 25-35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related fields.
3. At least 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor position; experience in Fit-out or office furniture works will be specially considered.
4. Knowledge of quantity take-offs (BOQ), estimation, and project cost control.
5. Understanding of interior fit-out construction methods and details of built-in furniture and woodwork.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and good command of AutoCAD.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks within deadlines.
8. Good English communication skills.
