Interior Design Drafter

Your tasks

• Prepare construction drawings and technical drawings for interior decoration and Fit-out works
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and built-in furniture detail drawings
• Revise drawings according to design specifications, client comments, and site conditions
• Verify actual site dimensions and coordinate with the design team, Project Managers, and site teams
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to drawings and construction
• Manage documentation and control drawing submissions to meet deadlines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Gender not specified, Age 25-35 years old
2. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
3. At least 5 years of experience in interior decoration, architectural, or renovation drafting
4. Proficient in AutoCAD; proficiency in 3D drafting software will be specially considered
5. Understanding of interior decoration construction, and the drafting of built-in furniture and woodwork details
6. Detail-oriented, able to verify drawing accuracy, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
7. Responsible, systematic in working, and able to work well with a team
8. Good level of English communication skills
