A company in Parikia, Paros is looking for a responsible and organized professional for full-time employment, with a clear prospect of long-term cooperation and professional growth.

We are particularly interested in graduates of Finance, Financial & Banking Administration, Organization & Business Administration, Public Administration, or related studies.

OBJECTIVE

The collaborator will be trained in the specialized field of the office and will gradually undertake independent management of:

  • Notary files and supporting documents
  • Real estate data and property information
  • E9, ENFIA and electronic platforms
  • Pending matters and deadlines
  • Communication with engineers, accountants, lawyers, banks, and clients
  • Processes related to bank debts, settlements, and auctions
  • Excel, Office, and specialized office applications.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree from the University of Piraeus or a similar HEI
  • Professional experience in a financial, banking, administrative, accounting, real estate, or related environment
  • Very good knowledge of Excel and PC
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to process large volumes of information
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Consistency and professionalism
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Absolute discretion.

Experience in a bank, financial organization, servicer, accounting office, real estate, notary, or law office constitutes a significant advantage.
