BOI Specialist (Chinese or English)

1. BOI Privileges Management:

• Manage the notification of imported materials and equipment lists to ensure compliance with requirements
• Update and maintain BOI project information to ensure data accuracy
• Submit annual progress reports for BOI projects to ensure projects comply with BOI regulations
• Manage the cancellation of BOI privileges, tax exemptions, and refund notifications to ensure company compliance

1. Import and Export Coordination:

• Coordinate import and export matters related to the company, including import/export declarations and customs clearance of goods
• Connect and communicate effectively with government agencies to ensure import and export procedures comply with requirements
• Assist in handling emergencies during the import and export business connection processes to ensure smooth business operations

1. BOI Privilege Protection:

• Provide consultation and advice regarding BOI regulations and processes to guide the company's business activities

1. Data Management and Reporting:

– Update and maintain information in the BOI system, including materials, equipment, project progress, etc. – Summarize import and export reports and prepare relevant information every month

1. Collaboration with Related Departments:

– Work closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and the company's internal finance and accounting departments to manage customs clearance, tax refunds, etc. – Coordinate various matters such as waste disposal and the maintenance of machinery and equipment related to BOI projects

1. Document Preparation and Updates:

– Prepare necessary documents for BOI applications and assist in coordinating the application process – Update and maintain BOI documents to ensure compliance with requirements

Work Monday to Friday

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree Must be proficient in Chinese or English Have knowledge and expertise in the BOI system Have import-export experience Age 25-35 years old Have expertise in the field Have knowledge of various customs entries Have 2-3 years of experience in the field Those who can start work immediately will be given special consideration
