- Receive and verify invoices from vendors
- Verify supporting documents for payments for accuracy and completeness
- Record accounts payable transactions in the system
- Verify purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
- Prepare and process payments according to the scheduled cycles
- Verify employee travel expenses and reimbursements
- Verify disbursement items to ensure compliance with company policy
- Reconcile accounts payable, vendor balances, and payment transactions
- Verify and resolve duplicate payments, errors, or failed transactions
- Support month-end closing for the accounts payable section
AR Accountant (Accounts Receivable Officer) _______________________________________

- Manage payment receipts from customers or business partners
- Verify payment information against invoices or related documents
- Record and update payment receipt status in the system
- Reconcile receipts with bank accounts and accounts receivable
- Follow up on unidentified or unmatched receipts; verify and resolve rejected invoices or items
- Monitor invoice status and outstanding balances
- Coordinate with customers, insurance teams, finance departments, and relevant agencies
- Verify data accuracy before the accounting period closing
- Prepare reports on collection amounts, outstanding items, and abnormal transactions
- Perform duties according to defined procedures and service timelines
GL Accountant (General Ledger Accountant) _______________________________________

- Record and verify accounting transactions for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare journal entries and accruals
- Reconcile accounts and follow up on discrepancies
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
- Prepare and verify financial reports
- Analyze abnormal balances and coordinate with relevant departments
- Prepare information and documents for auditors
- Perform specific assigned processes such as: Thailand closing, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, reinsurance accounting
- Support process improvements and the preparation of work manuals
Must have knowledge of tax regulations in each country, such as VAT and CIT, including relevant accounting principles, especially in cases of international process transfers Able to work in Malaysia. Initial period: Remote from Thailand. After receiving Employment Pass: Hybrid in Selangor, Malaysia (3 days in office / 2 days Work from Home)

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field All genders, aged 25 years and above 3–7 years of experience in the field Able to work abroad (Malaysia) English proficiency at B2 level, able to communicate with foreigners Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Experience or knowledge in using SAP will be specially considered Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to handle diverse workloads and achieve goals within deadlines
