229_Raw Material Control and Management Officer (2-month contract)

Responsibilities

• Main duties involve planning and procuring materials for product manufacturing.
• Coordinate with shipping companies and Thai Customs, including preparing documents for the e-Customs system to pay import taxes for customs clearance.
• Verify and track raw material receipts in collaboration with suppliers, the Purchasing department, and Freight Forwarders.
• Monitor and control delivery schedules, including resolving issues with suppliers, the Production Planning department, and the Purchasing department to prevent raw material shortages.
• Perform monthly and annual supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (Production, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, and other units) to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Coordinate with shipping companies regarding various documents such as import declarations, Status 04, invoices, and other documents related to requesting import/export privileges.
• Prepare freight cost documents and submit them to the Accounting department to process payments to shipping companies.
• Issue Purchase Orders to affiliated companies based on requirements from relevant departments.
• Ensure the factory has sufficient raw materials for production according to orders.
• Inspect, track, and manage raw material stock, including raw material requirements to align with the production plan.
• Perform duties in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001 standards.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 years of experience in logistic or production planning or supply chain management field from Automotive parts industry.
• Good command of English, both speaking and writing.
• Experience in production planning.
• Experience using SAP system.
