225_SRB SCCC Professional Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ) (Nok Brand Cement Factory) Urgent!!

• Supervise project activities to comply with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) standards. • Support the preparation of documentation and processes for ISO system audits (Internal/External Audit) and follow up on corrective actions (CAR/PAR) identified from audits. • Ensure all project activities comply with corporate safety standards, legal requirements, and the project's Health & Safety (H&S) plan. Review and approve contractor safety plans, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Method Statement, and risk assessments. Support the development of project-specific H&S procedures, Permit to Work systems, and safety controls for critical tasks. • Conduct daily site inspections (Safety Talk, VFL, SOT, Finding Risk Hazard) to monitor high-risk activities (e.g., working at heights, lifting/crane operations, hot work, confined space entry, and other risky tasks). Enforce safety measures and ensure contractors comply with approved procedures. Issue safety violation notices, report Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and follow up on corrective/preventive actions. • Support the Construction Manager in organizing safety audits and emergency drills. • Prepare weekly and monthly safety performance reports for management and relevant parties. Prepare safety documentation for audits, compliance inspections, and project handover. • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field. • Good knowledge and understanding of ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 requirements. • Possession of a Professional Safety Officer certificate (Safety Officer – Professional Level) or equivalent will be given special consideration. • At least 10 years of experience in construction safety or project safety; experience in the cement industry will be given special consideration. • Familiarity with large-scale investment project (CAPEX) activities and working with numerous contractors. • Experience in monitoring high-risk construction work with strict enforcement.

Qualifications: Male, aged between 25-45 years old. Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. 10+ years of experience as a Professional Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ).
