222_Printing Technician

1. Maintain and set up Dry Offset Printing machines for plastic packaging, including Start-up/Shutdown and settings via HMI.

1. Perform change-overs (Product/Artwork/Color Change-over).

1. Adjust printing systems such as Plate, Blanket, Ink System, and Print Registration.

1. Inspect printing quality, color consistency, and quality during production.

1. Maintain UV/LED-UV systems and troubleshoot curing issues.

1. Analyze and repair machinery, covering Mechanical, Pneumatic, Servo/Motor, Electrical/Control.

1. Perform Preventive Maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, and scheduled inspections.

1. Support Vision Inspection: setup and Calibration.

1. Analyze Downtime along with Corrective & Preventive Action.

1. Improve efficiency in terms of Machine, Quality, Productivity, Scrap, OEE.

1. Work with Production, Maintenance, QA, and Supplier teams.

1. Support new machine installation and training from Suppliers.

Qualifications: Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Printing Technology, Industrial Technology, or related fields. Requires direct experience with Dry Offset Printing machines, specifically for printing on plastic packaging. If having approximately 3 years or more of experience in the Printing / Plastic Packaging industry, will be given special consideration. Able to perform systematic troubleshooting of machinery. If having knowledge of HMI, PLC, Servo, Sensor, and Pneumatic System, will be given special consideration. Able to read Machine Manual / Technical Document in English and communicate with foreign Suppliers at a basic level. Possess hands-on skills and can solve immediate problems effectively. Able to work together with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams.
