1. Representing the company's interests and managing all internal business processes (operational, financial, and economic activities); 2. Developing and implementing sales plans and marketing strategy in accordance with the company's directions and goals; 3. Managing budgets and achieving business goals as a P&L owner; 4. Expanding distribution channels and building customer relationships; 5. Interacting with headquarters, participating in making important company business decisions and drafting annual business plans; 6. Concluding contracts and conducting transactions; 7. Hiring, transferring, and firing employees.

Requirements

1. At least 5 years of experience in management positions in international companies; 2. Fluency in English and Chinese; 3. Higher business education, possession of an MBA or EMBA degree; 4. At least 5 years of crisis management experience in leadership roles; 5. Knowledge of international finance, cross-cultural competence, and strategic planning skills; 6. Strategic thinking; 7. Financial literacy: understanding of international reporting standards, budgeting, and investment analysis; 8. Knowledge of the market and business processes of production and sales of small and large household appliances; 9. Leadership qualities (ability to inspire multinational and remote teams); 10. High stress resistance and readiness for frequent international business trips.
