Production Control Engineer ( Design )

1. Prepare internal production process documents and production control documents
2. Prepare operational training manuals
3. Analyze and solve problems within the production process together with the team
4. Improve work processes to be more efficient
5. Recommend vehicle modifications or conditioning and issue detailed work documents to report to supervisors
6. Prepare production control documents for New Model products and prepare health problem report documents (if any) to report to supervisors
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications: Male, age 23-30 years old Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering 3 years of experience in industrial factories Good skills in using SolidWorks and related programs Ability to start work immediately will be given special consideration Diligent, honest, patient, and punctual Able to work well under pressure Possess leadership qualities and can work well under pressure Good English communication skills Ability to communicate in Chinese will be given special consideration
