Senior Accountant (GL / AP)

To supervise, control, and manage the day-to-day general operations of the accounting team to ensure accuracy, continuity, and efficiency, and to provide initial assistance to the team when problems arise, including coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and supporting the Finance and Accounting Director with necessary information.

Job Description:

1. General Accounting

1.1 Verify accounts payable transactions, including all supporting documents for accuracy, and pass the work to the AP officer for payment. 1.2 Verify transactions in the general journal, record important adjusting entries, perform monthly closing, verify various accounts payable transactions, and prepare supporting details for financial statements for the assigned account codes. 1.3 Verify petty cash payments, credit card payments, and all supporting documents for accuracy and completeness, then submit them to the AP officer for accounting recording. 1.4 Establish accounting systems to be correct according to internal accounting systems in alignment with the organization and the SSB system. 1.5 Reconcile accounts receivable with revenue in the General Ledger (GL). 1.6 Verify payment documents and record payment information on the Kasikorn Bank website to submit for payment approval. 1.7 Calculate income and compensation for Agents, Doctors, and Radiologists, and pass the work to the AP officer for payment. 1.8 Collect data on credit card transaction fees.

1. Tax Work

2.1 Verify P.N.D. 3 / 53 taxes and file taxes online via the Revenue Department website.

1. Prepare various accounting reports as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting Gender not specified, Age 30-40 years old At least 5 years of experience in accounting In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance; understanding of accounting principles, Financial Reporting Standards, and taxation; understanding of relevant laws such as Withholding Tax and tax filing. Knowledge of taxation and understanding of relevant laws such as Withholding Tax and tax filing. Skills in using accounting software and Hospital Information System (HIS). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office. Enthusiastic and responsive, open to learning new things and constantly developing oneself. Basic English skills in Speaking / Reading / Writing.
