Plan and manage Projects to meet goals and Timelines Coordinate with customers and manage teams of PC / BA / Merchandiser / Sales / Supervisor Monitor and control the work of the Operation team, including resolving on-site problems Prepare Report / Summary / Data Analysis / Performance Tracking Analyze data using Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS Coordinate regarding Modern Trade / FMCG / Event & Activation Track KPI and summarize performance results for customers and executives Able to communicate in English and coordinate with relevant parties very well

Qualifications: No gender limit, Age 28–35 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communication Arts, or related fields Direct experience in Project Management / Agency / Outsource / Marketing Services Experience in managing or coordinating teams of PC / BA / Merchandiser / Sales / Supervisor Understanding of work in Modern Trade / FMCG / Event & Activation / Sales Promotion Able to plan, manage, and track Projects, including problem-solving and summarizing results Able to use Excel, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS and prepare Report / Data Analysis Able to manage multiple Projects simultaneously and work according to Deadlines Able to communicate well in English, both speaking, reading, and writing Possess communication and coordination skills with Customers / Internal teams / Operation and have leadership qualities Able to conduct site visits to inspect storefronts as appropriate for the Project **Looking for someone with direct experience in Agency / Outsource / Project Management and who has previously managed teams of PC, BA, Merchandiser, Sales, or Supervisor, as well as understanding the working systems of Modern Trade / FMCG / Event & Activation
