Contact Center Sup.(English) Car Application @ Wave Place BTS Phloen Chit Income 37,000++

• Manage team/supervise Call Center Agent (English)
• Receive calls/make outbound calls to survey and inquire about the usage of vehicles participating in the special credit project via the application

Working hours: Work 5 days, off 2 days (rotating days off) 8 hours per day, 24-hour rotating shifts.

Income for Call Center Supervisor(Eng) Contract: Salary 30,000 Language allowance 3,000 Travel allowance 2,000-2,500 Skill allowance 2,000 Shift allowance 150 Baht/day OT as per situation Total 37,000++

Qualifications: Age 25 years and above Education: High Vocational Certificate - Bachelor's Degree in any field Good English communication skills: speaking, reading, and writing 1+ year of experience as Call Center Supervisor / Call Center Leader / Mentor Able to work in shifts: 5 days on, 2 days off per week; days off are not on Saturday-Sunday Able to use basic computers (Ms.office: Excel) Able to start work immediately
