Contact Center (English) providing information for Srinakarin Private Hospital, Income 25,000++

• Receive calls from customers contacting to inquire about hospital information
• Handle complaints
• Internal coordination, transferring calls to relevant departments

Working Days/Hours: 7 Days / 7.00-20.00 Work in rotating shifts, 6 days per week / 9 hours per day, 30-minute break (another 30 minutes paid as OT) (Mandatory OT 1 day off per week)

Income: Salary 17,500 + Diligence allowance 2,000 + Language allowance 3,000 + Travel allowance 1,000 + OT 2,333 (Lump sum)

Work Location: Samitivej Srinakarin Hospital

Qualifications: Male or Female, age 20-35 years, Bachelor's degree Have 6 months or more of experience in Inbound / Outbound Call Center work Have computer skills and can type Thai-English fluently Love communicating, have skills in reading, grasping key points, summarizing, and 2 ways communications Have basic Excel skills
