Sales & Marketing Manager

1. Supervise the operations of the marketing department to ensure quality and act as a marketing consultant to subordinates.
2. Plan and manage strategic approaches to ensure target customer groups are aware of the company's products and to acquire new customer bases.
3. Coordinate in planning to structure the marketing and sales departments.
4. Work together with executives to plan personnel structure, plan marketing and sales team budgets, and develop marketing strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.

Qualifications: Male - Female, Age 30 – 45 years old Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or Management At least 5 years of experience in a management or marketing position Experience in management and administration within the Sheet Metal (metal sheet processing) or Wood industries Creative, proactive, and able to coordinate effectively Leadership qualities, able to manage a team, and possesses team training skills Good interpersonal skills, good personality, able to plan work independently, and can deliver interesting presentations Persuasive speaking skills and interesting negotiation techniques for customers and colleagues Proficient in computer use and has a good command of the English language Has previously completed relevant management training courses
