Position: Production Planning Supervisor

We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Production Planning Supervisor and be able to start work as soon as possible.

1. Prepare and monitor production plans to align with orders and factory capacity.
2. Coordinate and prioritize tasks in collaboration with Production, Warehouse, and Sales departments.
3. Assign tasks to the team, while monitoring and resolving issues that may affect delivery schedules.
4. Monitor production status and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production follows the plan.
5. Plan and verify raw material requirements to align with the production plan and orders.
6. Analyze raw material consumption and production trends to support procurement planning and stock management.

Qualifications: No gender restriction, age approximately 30–45 years old. At least 2 years of experience in production planning. Good communication and delegation skills. Excellent coordination skills with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, and Delivery departments. Enthusiastic about work, with the ability to respond to problems and various situations quickly. Able to work in a factory environment and perform duties on-site. Able to communicate in English in written form. Understanding of raw materials and raw material planning, such as plastic pellets, printing ink, and production assembly materials. Able to plan production in alignment with orders, production capacity, machinery, raw materials, and delivery schedules. Able to prioritize tasks and adjust production plans when there are urgent jobs, machine breakdowns, insufficient raw materials, or changes in orders. Skills in analyzing production data and problem-solving using data to support decision-making. Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to monitor multiple tasks simultaneously and prevent delayed deliveries. Able to work in a factory environment and ready to go on-site to monitor actual work. Experience with quality systems such as ISO 9001, GMP, or factory standard systems will be given special consideration.
