Logistics Supervisor

1. Plan, control, and manage all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, import–export, and distribution, to ensure efficient operations.
2. Supervise and monitor product deliveries to ensure they comply with plans and schedules set by customers or relevant departments, while resolving problems that arise in the transportation process.
3. Manage logistics costs, analyze data, and improve work processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and enhance service quality.
4. Manage and develop the logistics team, set goals, monitor performance, and develop employee potential to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
5. Coordinate with internal and external departments, such as Purchasing, Production, Sales, transport service providers, and relevant government agencies, to ensure logistics operations run smoothly and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Develop logistics systems to be more efficient, including improving work processes to be systematic, reducing redundant steps, and aligning with Lean Management principles.
7. Plan manpower and work plans for the logistics team, define work standards, and prepare and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure work achieves company goals.

Qualifications: Male or Female, aged 28-35 years. Bachelor's degree in Logistics or other related fields. Able to communicate in Chinese or English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) at a good level. Have 3-4 years of strong experience in import-export work. Able to commute to work independently. Have coordination skills and can work well with others. Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license.
