Technical Lead – Software & ERP (Head of Software Development)

Context of this position (Please read before applying) This position is NOT an IT Infrastructure, Helpdesk, or IT Support role. Currently, all of the company's systems, including Mobile Application, ERP Backend, and Frontend, require the company to:

1. Build an in-house software development team (In-house Development Team).
2. Gradually transfer knowledge and responsibilities for the ERP Backend back into the organization.
3. Elevate system security standards to international levels.
4. Resolve accumulated issues (Bugs/Unfinished Features) in the current systems.

The ideal candidate for this position is a Senior Developer or Tech Lead looking to step into a leadership role while still writing code and solving technical problems personally (Player-Coach) during the first 12–18 months.

Currently still writing code — This position will not accept candidates who have stopped writing code for more than 2 years.

Technical Competencies ●Backend: Expert in at least one core language such as Python, Node.js, Go, or C# ●ERP: Experience in developing, customizing, or integrating ERP systems, specifically Inventory, Sales, Purchase, and Accounting modules ●API: Design and develop RESTful API, including Third-party Integration ●Database: Design and optimize database performance ●Frontend: Able to read and modify Frontend code (React, Vue, or equivalent); expert level is not required ●Version Control & Deployment: Git, CI/CD, and working on Cloud or Linux Server ●Security: Fundamental knowledge of Application Security such as Authentication, Authorization, OWASP, and Secure Coding

Other Skills ●Ability to explain complex technical matters to non-technical executives ●Working proficiency in English for reading and preparing technical documentation and coordinating with Vendors ●High responsibility, proactive, and able to work in an environment where systems are not yet complete

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical fields At least 7 years of experience in Software Development, or at least 2 years of experience managing a Developer team Experience in building a software development team from scratch Direct experience with Odoo / ERP in terms of Implementation, Customization, or system management Experience in Mobile Application (Flutter or React Native), even at a supervisory level Experience in Manufacturing, Wholesale, E-commerce, or FinTech businesses Experience in Incident Response or Security Hardening Knowledge of ISO 27001 standards or preparation for certification
