Factory Engineer, QC Department

1. Control raw material quality (INCOMING)
2. Inspect production processes, plan quality inspection tasks
3. Plan quality inspection of fiberglass tanks according to technical drawings
4. Supervise, plan, and be responsible for the calibration of measuring instruments
5. Analyze NCR/CAR/CUSTOMER Claim problems in collaboration with relevant departments
6. Supervise and be responsible for QC department documents and ISO-related documents
7. Inspect and plan work in coordination with the production department (Planning Control)

Others

1. Support Production Manager
2. Control, supervise, and lead the team in assigned tasks
3. Record and prepare performance reports according to KPI
4. Control expenses within the department
5. Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve problems together
6. Provide basic job training to the team

Qualifications: Male or Female, Age 25-35 years old Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field 3-5 years of experience in industrial work Ability to work well under pressure Ability to learn and continuously develop one's own skills Goal-oriented and prioritizes organizational progress Understanding of analysis and problem-solving in production processes Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to use Microsoft office computer programs Skills in using various measuring instruments Experience in QC work will be specially considered
