R&D/ P&D (Pharmacist, Anti-aging, แพทย์แผนจีน, แพทย์แผนไทยประยุกต์)

• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and improve product formulations in accordance with market or customer requirements.
• Prepare raw materials and laboratory equipment for product development experiments.
• Conduct prototype or lab sample production according to the specified formulations.
• Record and analyze experimental results to evaluate the physical, chemical, and quality properties of products.
• Prepare development-related documentation such as Formulation Sheets, Spec Sheets, BOMs, and Test Reports.
• Coordinate with related departments such as Production, QC, QA, Purchasing, and Marketing to support pilot runs and scale-up processes.
• Monitor actual production results and collect data to optimize formulations for manufacturing processes.
• Assist in preparing product samples for customers or internal testing.
• Maintain laboratory tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and ready for use.
• Perform duties in compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards, and company safety regulations.

Qualifications: Male/Female, age 25 years or above Bachelor’s degree or higher Preferred fields of study: Pharmacist, Nutritionist/Dietitian, Anti-aging specialist, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, or related fields Excellent English reading and writing skills required At least 1–3 years of experience in the dietary supplement manufacturing industry or related fields (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are also welcome to apply) Basic knowledge of product formulation, manufacturing processes, and basic cost calculation Able to properly and safely use laboratory tools and equipment Skilled in data recording, result analysis, and experiment reporting Detail-oriented, careful, highly responsible, and able to work well collaboratively and coordinate across departments Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) will be an advantage Proficient in basic computer programs such as MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Passionate about experimentation and product development Creative mindset and eager to learn new things Disciplined and able to work under pressure Positive attitude toward teamwork
