Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Design & Optimization

o Study and improve dietary supplement production processes, such as mixing, tableting, and packaging, to achieve maximum efficiency. o Design new processes or improve production lines to increase Yield and reduce waste.

1. Process Control & Validation

o Prepare and control Process Validation / Cleaning Validation / Equipment Qualification. o Collaborate with QA/QC departments to ensure production processes comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards.

1. Continuous Improvement

o Analyze production data (OEE, Yield, Cycle Time) and propose improvement plans. o Implement Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma projects to increase operational efficiency.

1. Troubleshooting

o Analyze causes of process problems, such as tablet inconsistency, powder clumping, or high moisture. o Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality departments to resolve systemic issues.

1. Documentation & Reporting

o Prepare SOP, Batch Record, Process Flow Diagram, and Work Instruction. o Report production results and improvement projects to management.

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 25 years and above. Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Food Technology or related fields. At least 2–3 years of experience in dietary supplement / pharmaceutical / cosmetic manufacturing plants. Understand GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000 principles. Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma will be specially considered. Possess data analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Good English communication skills (especially in organizations working with foreigners). Possess data analysis, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; analytical and systematic thinking.
