Marketing Officer
1.Manage and organize marketing documents, records, contracts, quotations, invoices, and other supporting documents. 2.Maintain accurate and well-organized physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access, retrieval, and record tracking. 3.Ensure marketing documents and records comply with company procedures, internal approval processes, and documentation standards. 4.Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, preparing documents, and supporting day-to-day operations. 5.Manage marketing deliverables and maintain inventory records, including stock monitoring, stock updates, and coordination of marketing materials. 6.Support the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, reports, tracking files, and other required documentation. 7.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on quotations, documentation, deliveries, and basic procurement activities related to marketing projects. 8.Manage internal and external correspondence and follow up on marketing-related requests, documents, and pending actions. 9.Organize and maintain marketing assets, including photos, videos, artwork, design files, and other digital materials. 10.Support expense tracking, invoice processing, payment documentation, and basic budget record maintenance for marketing activities. 11.Conduct basic research and maintain relevant information on market trends, competitors, product pricing, and industry updates when required. 12.Perform other marketing administrative and operational duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications: Gender: Male-Female, Thai nationality, Age 22 - 35 years old Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Basic English communication skills Good problem-solving skills and quick wit Work days: Monday-Friday, Off Saturday-Sunday
