Account Manager required for a well-known company in Kiryat Malakhi!

For Oryon company - a logistics giant, an Operational Account Manager is required for the logistics center in Kiryat Malakhi!

Role Essence:

Managing the direct relationship with the logistics center's customers and leading the ordering process from its receipt until its departure for distribution. The role serves as the "central axis" connecting customer needs with the warehouse activity on the ground.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Receiving and managing customer orders in the WMS system, assigning orders to the warehouse team, motivating employees to perform picking, and ensuring fulfillment of supply and accuracy targets.
• Professional and continuous response (via email and telephone) to the logistics center's customers, real-time problem solving, and reporting on order status.
• Combining office work with information systems and an active presence on the warehouse floor to supervise picking quality, correct packaging, and meeting distribution targets.
• Handling returns, inventory shortages, and special customer requirements in coordination with warehouse and transportation personnel.
• Previous experience in operational work (preference for the logistics/warehouse field).
• Proficiency in working with inventory systems (WMS).
• Experience working in OFFICE.
• Ability to motivate employees and assertiveness alongside a high service consciousness.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to combine office work with moderate physical work on the warehouse floor.
• Driver's license and independent transportation to Kiryat Malakhi.
• Good level of English.
