Operations and Infrastructure Manager

Yael Group is recruiting an Operations and Infrastructure Manager for a large security organization located in Jerusalem.

Job Description:

• Responsibility for an infrastructure system including operating systems, communication software, databases, etc.
• Examination of existing technologies and their adaptation to the unit's fields of activity.
• Recommendation for upgrading or replacing technologies.
• Responsibility for several infrastructure systems within the organization.
• Working with consultants and IT professionals in systems, communications, security, and cyber defense.
• Relevant education in the field - at least 6 years of experience in the field and experience in managing technological teams.
• Knowledge and experience in planning, accompanying, supervising, and operating technological projects, including planning and characterization of all infrastructures in the project.
• Knowledge and experience in building planning files; proven experience in leading technological projects is required. Experience in accompanying and supervising throughout all stages of the project.
• Experience in accompanying, planning, and executing technological tenders for establishing new projects, including building a maintenance system.
• Knowledge and experience in managing large-scale project budgets, monitoring work orders, and approving them upon completion of the work.
• Understanding of systems, communications, and information security, as well as a deep understanding of project management.
• High-level technical English - ability to express oneself in writing and orally.
• Comprehensive knowledge in the field of passive infrastructure.
• Ability to write documents and tenders, including characterization documents – a significant advantage.
