Your tasks

Key responsibilities: Development of architectural concepts and sketches. The Architect forms the image of the object: selects style, proportions, and materials, and develops layout solutions taking into account the purpose of the building (residential, public, industrial). Creation of design and working documentation. Preparation of architectural sections (АР, АС) according to GOST and SP requirements: floor plans, facades, sections, details, finishing schedules, and specifications. Coordination and integration of solutions with engineering sections.

Requirements

Work experience: from 5 years. Higher education. Knowledge of Turkish and English languages.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
