Factory Manager

1) Leadership: Leading the team to achieve production goals and ensuring compliance with safety measures 2) Production Management: Monitoring production processes, quality control, and maintaining safety standards 3) Management: Managing employees, planning production schedules, and ensuring the factory achieves production targets 4) Maintenance: Establishing maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment, and regularly monitoring employee performance to support production goals 5) Budgeting: Budgeting and managing resources efficiently to maximize production efficiency and control cost per ton

Qualifications: Male, aged 40 years and above Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering or other related fields, GPA 2.80 or above 10+ years of work experience in steel structures Managed staff of approximately 400 people or more Ability to speak Japanese will be given special consideration Good computer and English language skills Good communication skills, able to negotiate and solve immediate problems effectively Strong leadership skills and ability to solve immediate problems instantly Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets set by the company Possession of CER SWE (Welding Engineering) will be given special consideration
