Sales Officer

1. Manage, answer inquiries, and handle customer complaints both online and offline
2. Able to resolve various issues related to sales and prepare reports for senior management
3. Prepare sales orders and all documents related to the sales department
4. Able to provide rapid response and effective communication to online customers
5. Able to analyze customer needs and develop sales strategies for existing and new customers to ensure sales targets are met
6. Monitor sales staff performance and work collaboratively as a team
7. Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers
8. Prepare sales-related summary reports
9. Follow up on collections
10. Coordinate and support sales work with both domestic and international customers
11. Coordinate and support other departments related to sales work

Qualifications: Thai nationality Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field At least 3 years of experience in sales of food ingredients, chemicals, and related fields Proactive in forecasting, identifying, and resolving problems Enjoy challenges and can achieve goals Good computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point Good communication and negotiation skills Eager to learn and constantly develop oneself Good interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team Intermediate skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English Must have a car and a driver's license
