Production Management Organization Engineer

Develops measures to improve production management systems in order to implement the enterprise strategy and achieve maximum production efficiency and improved quality of work. Studies enterprise performance indicators and current management methods used in solving production tasks, and identifies opportunities to increase the efficiency of management labor, preparing recommendations for the use of scientifically based methods for complex problem-solving in management using modern information technologies. Develops measures to improve labor processes and operations performed within the management apparatus, document flow systems and document tracking, and the application of modern technical production management tools, including necessary calculations of the economic efficiency of their implementation. Monitors compliance with the requirements of rational labor organization and production management when preparing projects for the expansion and reconstruction of enterprises or their repurposing, and plans for the implementation of new equipment.

Requirements

Must know: regulatory materials on production management organization; enterprise development prospects; production technology; economics, organization of production, labor, and management; the nomenclature and technical characteristics of manufactured products and performed works (services); the specialization of the enterprise, workshops, and sections, and the production links between them; the procedure for developing long-term and current production development plans; job descriptions; methods for analyzing the organization of production management; the procedure for developing and formalizing technical documentation and maintaining office work; standards of the unified system of organizational and administrative documentation; Knowledge of English and Vietnamese languages

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; New workplace Production Management Organization Engineer Responsibility; Experience: 3 years
