Systems Programmer Engineer
The Software Engineer performs the following job duties:2.1. Based on the analysis of mathematical models and algorithms for solving economic and other problems, develops programs that ensure the possibility of executing the algorithm and the corresponding assigned task using computing tools, conducts their testing and debugging.2.2. Develops the technology for solving the task through all stages of information processing.2.3. Performs the selection of the programming language for describing algorithms and data structures.2.4. Determines the information subject to processing by computing tools, its volumes, structure, layouts, and schemes for input, processing, storage, and output, and its control methods.2.5. Performs work on preparing programs for debugging and conducts debugging.2.6. Performs the launch of debugged programs and the input of initial data determined by the conditions of the assigned tasks.2.7. Conducts adjustment of the developed program based on the analysis of output data.2.8. Develops instructions for working with programs and prepares the necessary technical documentation.2.9. Determines the possibility of using ready-made software products.2.10. Performs support for the implementation of programs and software tools.2.11. Develops and implements systems for automatic verification of program correctness, typical and standard software tools, and draws up information processing technology.2.12. Performs work on the unification and typification of computing processes.
Requirements
Core skills and abilities of a Software Engineer: proficiency in programming languages C ++, C # or Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS; understanding of thematic modeling, typings, algorithms, and knowledge of informative SQL databases, DBMS; having knowledge of operating systems, web technologies, and cloud data storage; ability to work with schemes for input, analysis, storage, and output of data; selecting optimal programming languages; creating programs to perform calculations according to the TOR; testing, configuring, and analyzing software; fixing errors in previously created programs; entering and maintaining software mechanisms; creating instructions and various technical documentation for software operation; teamwork skills; ability to build communications with clients; proficiency in English (Independent User level). The ability to speak English is mandatory for a candidate for the Software Engineer position.
