Enterprise Manager

Organizes production and business activities based on the wide use of the latest equipment and technology, progressive forms of management and labor organization, scientifically based standards for material, financial, and labor costs, study of market conditions, and advanced experience (domestic and foreign) in order to comprehensively increase the technical level and quality of products (services), the economic efficiency of their production, the rational use of production reserves, and the economical expenditure of all types of resources. Takes measures to ensure the enterprise is provided with qualified personnel, the rational use and development of their professional knowledge and experience, the creation of safe and favorable working conditions for life and health, and compliance with environmental protection legislation requirements.

Requirements

Work experience in a management position of 5 years or more, readiness to work with foreign citizens, readiness for business trips, financial liability, knowledge of PC, 1C, knowledge of English.

Higher education — bachelor's degree; Experience: 5 years
