Assistant Accounting Manager

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounting processes for the restaurant business • Responsible for and support accounting tasks for new store openings (Pre-opening), from the planning and Set Up stages through to the opening day and post-opening period • Plan and Set Up accounting systems, internal control processes, and reporting formats for new restaurants • Prepare and implement Accounting SOP, Policies, and Internal Controls • Verify the accuracy and completeness of AP, AR, GL, daily sales, expenses, and various accounting entries • Verify and reconcile daily sales, cash, credit cards, bank transactions, and various payment entries • Prepare and verify Bank Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliation, and Account Reconciliation • Prepare and verify monthly financial reports, management reports, and Accounting Schedules • Support Month-end and Year-end Closing processes • Verify and reconcile Inventory, Food Cost, Operating Expenses, and various key costs of the company • Coordinate closely with Operations, Purchasing, Store, and other related departments to ensure the accuracy of financial and operational information • Support Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Flow Planning, and Financial Analysis • Ensure operations comply with accounting standards, tax laws, and legal requirements of Thailand • Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and relevant agencies or individuals • Investigate accounting entry irregularities and propose ways to improve work processes and internal control systems

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, especially in Restaurant, F&B, Hospitality, or Retail businesses Experience in Setting Up accounting systems, SOP work processes, and internal control systems for new restaurants Knowledge and experience in Full-cycle Accounting, AP, AR, GL, Reconciliation, and Month-end Closing Understanding of Restaurant Accounting, Inventory, Food Cost, Cost Control, and Daily Sales Reconciliation Experience using POS systems for the restaurant business and understanding of POS configuration, Sales Reporting, Payment Reconciliation, and data integration with accounting systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills High attention to detail and emphasis on data accuracy High Ownership and Accountability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently Good English communication skills
