Full range of work for conducting qualified valuation of business/rights (claims)/intangible assets/real estate and movable property. Independent execution of all stages of the valuation process: participation in preparatory work, market analytics, calculations, drafting a brief conclusion on valuation results, defense of the final result. Determination of various types of values. Conducting impairment tests. Building financial models from scratch. Preparation of valuation assignments. Verification of valuation reports. Preparation of analytical conclusions/presentations on valuation/analysis results. Conducting inspections. Independent market research: trends, drivers, forecasts. Conducting financial and business analysis of clients and competitors, identifying strengths and weaknesses.

Requirements

Specialized education in the field of valuation activities. Knowledge of methodology in the field of valuation of business/assets/rights (claims). Membership in an SRO of appraisers. 5+ years of experience in business valuation. Possession of valid Qualification Certificates in the areas of Business and Real Estate. Possession of a valid Qualification Certificate in the area of Equipment is an advantage. Experience in consulting (Big 4) is an advantage. English level no lower than C1 (written and oral). Readiness for business trips. Excellent proficiency in MS Excel (including VBA), MS PowerPoint, 1C. Excellent financial modeling skills, ability to build models from scratch. Knowledge of accounting (RAS/IFRS), ability to analyze financial statements. Excellent information retrieval and independent financial and marketing research skills. Knowledge of the specifics of the real estate market for various functional purposes, including the specifics of obtaining initial permitting documentation, urban planning analysis skills. Experience in Best use analysis of land plots and real estate. Experience in conducting impairment tests for property complexes/fair value assessment for IFRS purposes. Knowledge of the specifics of production activities in various industries. Experience in optimizing production activities / building production cost models (as an advantage). Experience in participating in Due Diligence (as an advantage). Ability to structure information, think logically, and clearly formulate conclusions. Managerial approach, ability to work with clients and multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to build clear logic in presentations and analytical reports. Stress resistance and independence. Accuracy in calculations and documents.
