Lead Logistics Specialist/Quota

Planning the supply of foreign components based on a detailed production program; Calculating the requirement for component procurement according to assigned nomenclature (inventory); Monitoring the availability and relevance of necessary logistics parameters, the availability and relevance of necessary safety stocks (buffer, order, etc.); Organizing the uninterrupted supply of components to the enterprise conveyor according to assigned nomenclature; Interacting with the foreign supplier regarding delivery terms and schedules; Interacting with transport companies regarding cargo delivery from China; Placing orders for transport, optimizing shipment composition; Preparing the package of documents for customs clearance; Controlling the quality of supplies, resolving issues regarding defective goods with the supplier; Controlling the payment of services according to the supply contract

Requirements

Higher technical/economic education; Logistics and supply chain management; Knowledge of production planning and procurement processes; Fluent foreign language: Chinese level HSK 6 or English - level B2 Upper-Intermediate; Experience working with foreign suppliers in the field of foreign economic activity for 2+ years; Experience working with modern information systems (MRP, ERP, etc.)
