HR NEW GEN

• Work Location: The company will determine the work branch in the Bangkok & Central area based on business needs and candidate suitability
• Working Conditions: 6 days/week, shift work (days off may not fall on Saturday–Sunday)
• Job Description: Learn and develop through hands-on experience in Store HR to prepare for End-to-End HR management within branches, such as Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations, Engagement, Performance Management, HR Operations, HR Data Analysis, including the application of Data, Digital, AI, and Technology in work, by working closely with Store Management to support personnel management and business goals

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, Data & Analytics, or other related fields Open to both fresh graduates and those with 0–3 years of HR experience Interested in applying Data, Digital, AI, and Technology to work Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to use English for work Able to work 6 days/week Able to work stationed at a Makro Store in the Bangkok or Central area as assigned by the company
