Sales Executive (Foreign Languages) English, Arabic, Chinese

• Responsible for presenting information and offering sales for surgical services, treatments, as well as products to foreign customers
• Provide advice and resolve problems for customers accurately
• Prepare quotations, product information, reports, and related documents
• Plan contact with old and new customers each month, and provide summary reports of customer coordination to supervisors
• Maintain the existing customer base and create a new customer base for the company
• Take good care of customers before and after receiving services
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers continuously and consistently
• Translate documents related to the languages of the position
• Provide on-call nursing assistance/patient care (in case foreign customers stay overnight for recovery) to coordinate and translate for relevant parties

Qualifications: Female Sales Executive (English) Language proficiency: TOEIC 500/990, TOEFL 600/1200, IELTS 4.5/9 Has negotiation skills Has communication and coordination skills, and understands one's own roles and duties well Experience in surgical or beauty sales will be specially considered Has wit, responsibility, and can solve immediate problems well Can be flexible with working hours and can work well under pressure
