Data analyst

Researching user behavior, identifying problems and business growth points; Identifying causes for the growth and decline of metrics; Assessing risks and the impact of product changes and marketing activities; Planning and forecasting business indicators; Data visualization and dashboard development (Tableau); Fulfilling ad-hoc business requests (SQL/Python); Working with stakeholders to determine development priorities; Representing the team's interests in general meetings.

Requirements

From 3 years of relevant work experience; Experience in defining key performance indicators (KPI's), monitoring their changes, and developing recommendations for improvement; Proficient use of data analytics tools such as: SQL, Python, R for processing and analyzing large volumes of data; Experience working with analytical tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude, Power BI) to create reports and dashboards; English language proficiency at level B2 or higher; Ability to work in a team, effectively interacting with colleagues and stakeholders; Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically, oriented towards business needs; Proactivity in identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions.
